Ingredients Needed for Cantaloupe Basil Salad:
Cantaloupe
Cucumber
Blueberries
Feta Cheese
Basil
Pecans
Olive oil
Lime juice
Recipe Notes: If your family isn’t a fan of feta, you can always use a different type of cheese. I’ve also made this salad using cottage cheese and it’s just as good. Feel free to add strawberries instead of blueberries or walnuts instead of pecans. I use around 10 fresh leaves of basil for this dish. You can add as much as you like.
