Sweet macaroni salad with ham is a favorite of my family. It is a great recipe for any holiday and is good anytime of the year. Take this sweet macaroni salad to family gatherings, picnics, or any potluck meal and it will go over big. This salad keeps well in the fridge for several days. You can make half the recipe or double the recipe for a crowd. I love this salad and can make a meal off just the salad with a couple slices tomato like in the photo below. You could leave out the ham if you don’t like meat in your salad or you could add another meat such as chopped chicken or shrimp. You might also like our recipe for Cheddar Ranch Pasta Salad.
